The timeline

Co-founders George Trachilis and Jeffrey Liker create the Lean Leadership Institute and training of Lean Leaders commences – the Lean Leadership Institute is formed.
The Company and its co-founders are recipients of the SHINGO RESEARCH AND PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATION AWARD. The Lean Leadership Development Model (LLDM) presented in the book, Developing Lean Leaders at all Levels, becomes the cornerstone of the Company.
Research begins on expansion of the offerings and the development of a Leadership Program centered on the award-winning Leadership Development Model. The coming years see further development of course content, coaching guides, coaching certification processes, Learning Management System advancements, and creation of intellectual property.
LLI is reborn as The Global Leadership Institute, marking the official transformation to a Leadership Development Company with over 20 courses and programs being offered.
