Jarek has earned his Master’s in Industrial Sciences and Engineering degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven - Diepenbeek Campus.
After graduating, he started in automotive industry, (Ford, Renault, GM, Chrysler and Toyota) in various roles in R&D, After Sales and Quality.
With over 30 years of global working experience with World Class Car Manufacturers, Automotive Parts Suppliers, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Chemical Industry, Consumer Electronics and Equipment Suppliers in North American, European, Chinese and Japanese companies he offers a strong multi-cultural experience.
Leading companywide implementation programs of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Supplier Development and Supplier Management Jarek is able to support you in English, French, Dutch and German. He is widely skilled in 5S and Value Stream mapping for which he has developed a unique approach for process industry.
A strong B2C and B2B experience in Global Customer Service, Claims and Warranty Management makes him an expert in creating effective and efficient customer complaint handling processes.
Jarek has been fortunate to work side by side with direct pupils from Taichi Ohno and other Japanese manufacturing experts allowing him to obtain a deep understanding about the role of leadership in making a successful organization.
