If you are committed and willing to be coached, then contact our Institute to learn about our values and how we work. We need to make sure we both align, as it is important to find the right coach – chemistry matters. If we are a match, we will help you select a Coach.
Step 2
Determine your goals
We will sit down together for a leadership assessment. During this time, we will learn more about you, your team, your goals, and your expectations. We will have a candid discussion about where you are now and what success looks like.
Step 3
Build your plan
Together we will build your leadership development coaching package to get you (or your team) from where you are now to where you want to be. We will also make sure the plan aligns with the organization’s overall goals.
Coaching package options include: 5, 10, 20, and 40 hours.

Make it happen
